About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure profitable investment opportunities for their expanding portfolio in the South West England region. This role is crucial in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating the acquisition of diverse property types. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, utilising a hybrid approach that combines essential on-the-ground market research and deal sourcing with remote analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential real estate acquisition targets based on investment criteria.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market analysis, financial feasibility, and site inspections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and other key market players.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with property sellers to secure favourable deals.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and present findings to the investment committee.
• Manage the closing process, coordinating with legal teams, lenders, and relevant parties.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions , deal sourcing, or corporate real estate.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market , particularly in the South West region.
• Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, and due diligence skills.
• Proficiency in real estate valuation techniques and financial modeling.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing field work with remote responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
