About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources related to the real estate market.
• Develop and implement analytical models to identify trends, patterns, and insights in property data.
• Create compelling data visualizations and reports for management and cross-functional teams.
• Support investment decisions by providing data-driven analysis on market conditions, property performance, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data collection processes and systems.
• Stay current with data analysis tools, techniques, and emerging trends in the real estate analytics field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within the real estate or finance industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting , collaborating both in the Derby office and remotely.
