Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets related to property markets, transactions, and performance.

- Collaborate with the investment and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst , with a strong emphasis on real estate data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
