Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst , with a strong emphasis on real estate data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

• Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
