About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Real Estate Developer to join their dynamic team in Wolverhampton . This hybrid role involves identifying new development opportunities, managing projects from conception through to completion, and ensuring profitability. You will be responsible for all phases of the development lifecycle, including site acquisition, planning, financing, construction oversight, and sales/leasing. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong market knowledge and the ability to navigate complex development processes, contributing significantly to the company's growth in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition and development opportunities.
• Secure necessary zoning, permits, and approvals from local authorities.
• Oversee project planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
• Manage relationships with architects, contractors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Develop financial projections, secure funding, and manage project budgets effectively.
• Conduct market analysis to inform development strategies and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Developer or in a senior development role.
• Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, including finance, design, construction, and marketing.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of urban planning, zoning laws, and construction practices in the Wolverhampton area.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, coordinating remote and on-site activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
