About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Development Coordinator to support their expanding development projects across the UK. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of development initiatives, working closely with project managers, external consultants, and internal teams. You will be instrumental in coordinating project documentation, managing timelines, and facilitating communication across all stakeholders. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to contribute effectively from anywhere in the country while supporting key development activities in the Bristol region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination of real estate development projects.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and correspondence.
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying potential issues and flagging them for resolution.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Conduct research on zoning regulations, market data, and potential development sites.
Requirements
- Experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within real estate or construction.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment .
- A keen interest in real estate development and urban planning.
