About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Real Estate Development Manager to join their growing team in Bradford . This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of the property development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to planning, construction, and final project delivery. You will manage complex projects, coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and market analysis.
• Manage the entire development process, including acquisition, planning permission, design, and construction.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, contractors, and other third parties.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning policies, and health and safety standards in Bradford .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex development projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of planning processes, construction methodologies, and contract management.
