This role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on complex real estate financing transactions, including acquisition finance, development finance, and refinancing. Key Responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate finance transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review loan agreements, security documents, and ancillary finance documents.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence on financed properties and borrowers.
• Manage transactional closing processes efficiently and effectively.
• Liaise with clients, other legal professionals, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progression.
• Stay current with market trends and legal developments in real estate finance.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate finance or banking law.
• Proven experience in handling significant property finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of security law, corporate law, and property law as they relate to finance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex deals and work effectively under pressure.
