Real Estate Finance Paralegal — London (Bridging/Lending)

A1 Personnel is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a London law firm’s specialist property finance team. You will support solicitors on bridging finance and secured lending transactions, managing files, liaising with lenders and borrowers, and progressing matters from instruction to completion.

The ideal candidate has real estate finance experience and a proactive, client-focused approach, with strong organisational and communication skills.
