• The team acts for a variety of lender and finance professionals
• Clients include- mainstream banks, challenger banks, building societies, short term lenders, private lenders.
• The team offer a range of bespoke services with a particular focus on real estate/property, alternative and complex loan structures, Real estate development finance, advice on refinancing and restructuring, bridging finance, advice on short-term finance and private lending, including initial due diligence and the production of bespoke loan and security documentation.

The real estate finance opportunity requires

• - UK qualified Real estate finance lawyer- 3 PQE +
• - Good relationship and client handling skills
