Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Investment Advisor , Financial Advisor, or similar role with a focus on property.
• Strong understanding of various real estate investment vehicles, market dynamics, and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
• Relevant financial or real estate certifications (e.g., CFA, RICS) are highly desirable.
