About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their dynamic team in Bradford . This role is critical in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for building financial models, assessing risks, and forecasting returns for a variety of property types. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential real estate investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as an Investment Analyst , preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis using Excel and other tools.
• Excellent understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with the Bradford commercial and residential property landscape is advantageous.
