About the Role

Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their expanding, fully remote team. This role is central to identifying and evaluating lucrative real estate investment opportunities across the UK, with a focus on the Glasgow market. You will conduct in-depth financial modelling, market research, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse potential real estate investments, including financial modelling, cash flow projections, and risk assessment.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
• Perform due diligence on target properties and investments, including site visits (if applicable and feasible remotely or locally).
• Prepare investment committee memos and presentations detailing findings and recommendations.
• Monitor existing investments and provide performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deal execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Investment Analyst, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing abilities.
• Familiarity with the property market, particularly in Scotland and the Glasgow area.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
