About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow, ROI, and sensitivity analysis for potential investments.

• Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for stakeholders and the investment committee.
• Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, including property-level analysis and legal/technical reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis, finance, or a similar quantitative role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and experience with real estate data platforms.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly in a remote setting .
