About the Role

Our client, a leading property investment firm, is looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team in Coventry . You will play a crucial role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions and developments.
• Conduct in-depth market research, including demographic trends, economic indicators, and competitor analysis for the West Midlands .
• Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and sensitivity testing.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular reports on asset performance.
• Identify and assess risks associated with real estate investments and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent understanding of the UK real estate market, particularly in the Coventry area.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with real estate data platforms and valuation methodologies is a plus.
