Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential real estate investments , including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions and divestitures.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary data and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as an Investment Analyst or in a similar financial role, preferably within real estate.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel, including DCF, IRR, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate findings effectively in a remote environment.
