About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team, working remotely. You will be responsible for assessing market trends, property performance, and risk factors to provide actionable insights. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our client's investment strategy, working autonomously from a remote location to identify profitable opportunities across various markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate acquisitions.
• Research and analyze market conditions, economic indicators, and demographic trends impacting property values.
• Prepare detailed investment memos, reports, and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Identify and assess risks associated with potential and ongoing real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent research, critical thinking, and quantitative skills.
