Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify promising real estate investment opportunities.

• Perform due diligence, including site visits (as required and logistically feasible remotely) and review of legal/financial documentation.
• Prepare investment memorandums and present findings and recommendations to the investment committee.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular reports.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting the UK real estate sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as an investment analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar role within real estate.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
