About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team in Manchester . In this hybrid role, you will be integral to identifying, evaluating, and executing lucrative real estate investment opportunities across the UK. You will conduct detailed financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential real estate investments , including financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Perform due diligence, including site visits, feasibility studies, and legal/financial review.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategies for value enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including agents, lawyers, and lenders.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Investment Analyst , preferably within real estate or finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel, with a deep understanding of valuation methods (DCF, IRR, NPV).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with real estate markets and investment principles.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with occasional office presence.
