About the Role
Our client is looking for a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their fully remote investment team, focusing on opportunities within Glasgow and across Scotland. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and recommending real estate investment opportunities. You will conduct in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. This position requires a meticulous individual with a strong quantitative background, capable of working independently and contributing valuable insights from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate investments.
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, and economic factors affecting property values.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on investment opportunities, including property inspections and legal reviews.
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, IRR, NPV), and Excel.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
