About the Role

Our client, a dynamic real estate investment firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Associate to join their growing team in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire . This role will involve supporting the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate transactions across various sectors. You will conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence, contributing to investment committee presentations and portfolio management. This hybrid role combines office-based collaboration in Nottingham with flexible remote work capabilities, offering a balanced approach to deal-making and analysis within a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the identification and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Performing financial modeling, including cash flow analysis, valuation, and sensitivity testing.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
• Preparing investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the asset management of existing portfolio properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Nottingham and East Midlands property market is a plus.
