About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and motivated Real Estate Investment Associate to join their remote team, with a focus on opportunities in and around Plymouth . This role is critical in supporting the identification, analysis, and execution of real estate investment strategies. You will conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to assess potential acquisitions and contribute to the growth of our investment portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities across various property types.
• Conduct detailed market research, analyzing demographic trends, economic factors, and competitive landscapes relevant to the Plymouth area.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, including DCF analysis, IRR calculations, and sensitivity analysis for proposed investments.
• Perform due diligence on target properties, including physical inspections (where feasible remotely or via trusted partners), title reviews, and environmental assessments.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and contribute to asset management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate data platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
