About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Real Estate Investment Manager to join their established team in Leeds . This role is central to identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties. You will be responsible for developing investment strategies, conducting due diligence, and managing the entire lifecycle of investments to maximize returns. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, property valuation, and portfolio management, working collaboratively with acquisitions, legal, and asset management departments to achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Source, underwrite, and execute new real estate investment opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies and business plans for acquired assets.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and site inspections.
- Manage relationships with partners, lenders, and third-party service providers throughout the investment process.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the investment portfolio, identifying areas for optimization and value enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Proven track record in sourcing, analyzing, and closing real estate transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK real estate market , particularly within the Leeds region.
