Real Estate Investment Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Real Estate Investment Manager to join their established team based in Milton Keynes . This role is critical in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of real estate assets. You will be responsible for managing the entire investment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final exit, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and maximizing returns for stakeholders. This is an office-based position requiring a dedicated professional to contribute to the firm's continued growth and success in the dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, underwrite, and execute new real estate investment opportunities, focusing on value-add and opportunistic strategies .
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and site inspections for potential acquisitions.
• Develop and manage detailed financial models to assess project feasibility, profitability, and risk profiles.
• Oversee the asset management of the existing portfolio, driving performance and value enhancement initiatives.
• Prepare investment committee memos, board reports, and investor updates.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and other industry contacts in the Buckinghamshire region.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate investment , acquisitions, or development.
• Demonstrated success in originating, structuring, and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Strong financial acumen, with expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and capital markets.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK property market and investment landscape.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work effectively from our Milton Keynes office on a full-time basis.
