About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Real Estate Investment Strategist to join their team, contributing to the formulation and execution of investment strategies across various UK markets. This role involves deep market analysis, economic forecasting, and identifying macro trends that influence real estate performance. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel to Leeds and other key locations may be required for client meetings and site visits. This is a crucial position for developing innovative investment approaches and maximizing portfolio returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine long-term investment strategies for diverse real estate asset classes.
• Conduct in-depth macro-economic and real estate market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Analyze portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and rebalancing.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and research teams to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor geopolitical and regulatory changes impacting the real estate investment landscape.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment strategy , portfolio management, or economic research.
• Expertise in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Deep understanding of global and regional economic drivers affecting property markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
