Our client is recruiting a skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join their thriving team in Bristol . This position offers the chance to handle a diverse portfolio of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects for a varied client base. You will be instrumental in advising clients on all legal aspects of their property interests, ensuring smooth and legally sound transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and landlord and tenant matters.
• Advise clients on all aspects of commercial leases, including negotiation and drafting.
• Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle plot sales and development work for property developers.
• Liaise with surveyors, lenders, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property law and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property law.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex property transactions.
• Strong understanding of Land Registry procedures and planning law.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively and deliver exceptional service.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
