Real Estate Litigation Solicitor | 4+ PQE | Cardiff

The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join its Property Litigation team and become part of the new Cardiff office.

You will advise on a broad range of property related disputes and contentious asset management issues, acting for owners, developers, investors, funders, asset managers, landlords, operators and other significant property stakeholders.

The work is varied and commercially focused, covering matters including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession, service charge disputes, development and land disputes, overage, rights of light and disputes arising from major property portfolios.

You will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters alongside experienced specialists, whilst also playing an important role in developing the firm's presence in Cardiff.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and established experience in Real Estate or Property Litigation. xwwtmva

You should have strong technical knowledge and a good understanding of litigation procedure, together with the ability to manage matters independently and provide clear, commercially focused advice.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong experience in property litigation and real estate disputes

Excellent drafting and analytical skills

A sound understanding of litigation procedure and strategy

The ability to manage a caseload effectively

Strong commercial awareness and client
