Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for their properties in the Norwich area. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to attract buyers and tenants, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales and leasing success. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will balance strategic planning and campaign management from home with on-site property engagement and team collaboration. Your efforts will be crucial in positioning properties effectively in the competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media engagement.
- Coordinate and execute open houses, property launches, and other promotional events.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on ROI and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing , with a specialization in real estate or property.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, managing tasks remotely and on-site as needed.
