Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and negotiate offers on properties, striving for the best possible outcome for sellers.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with buyers, sellers, and associated parties throughout the transaction.
• Conduct viewings and provide potential buyers with detailed information about properties and the local area.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth progression of sales from offer acceptance to completion.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and expand the company's property portfolio in Northern Ireland .

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or negotiation, preferably within the real estate industry .
• Excellent understanding of the Belfast property market and current trends.
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Belfast region.
