About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to support their investment strategies from their Nottingham office. This hybrid role focuses on providing data-driven insights to optimize the performance of their extensive real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial and market data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes related to acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for the real estate investment landscape, capable of working effectively both remotely and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to property performance, market trends, and economic indicators.
• Develop and maintain financial models for portfolio performance tracking, forecasting, and valuation.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio status, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct research on specific markets, property types, and potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and dispositions.
• Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in real estate investment analysis.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, investment, or a related analytical field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modelling.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of real estate investment principles and market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
