Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies aligned with the company's investment objectives and risk appetite.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence to identify acquisition and disposition opportunities.
• Oversee the performance of all assets within the portfolio, implementing strategies for value enhancement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, joint venture partners, lenders, and external service providers.
• Ensure robust financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the entire real estate portfolio.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in real estate investment management , portfolio management, or asset management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful real estate investment strategies .
• Strong financial acumen, including advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Excellent understanding of UK property law , market dynamics, and investment vehicles.
