Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic management of a diverse real estate portfolio , ensuring optimal performance and value enhancement.

• Develop and implement strategies for asset acquisition, disposition, and repositioning.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for the portfolio.
• Liaise with property managers, leasing agents, and other stakeholders to execute asset strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management or asset management.
• Strong understanding of property valuation , financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful real estate investment strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
