About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability; develop and manage budgets.
• Oversee tenant relations, lease negotiations, and ensure high occupancy rates.
• Implement asset management strategies to enhance property value and cash flow.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and investment recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate portfolio management or asset management.
• Strong understanding of property management principles, financial analysis, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage a significant portfolio and work independently in a remote environment .
• Proficiency with real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
