About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead the strategic oversight of their extensive property assets, operating in a fully remote capacity. This senior role is responsible for maximizing the value and performance of the company's real estate holdings through expert asset management, investment analysis, and strategic planning. You will work with a geographically dispersed team, driving initiatives that enhance returns, manage risk, and ensure alignment with the company's long-term investment objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, management, and disposition of real estate assets within the portfolio.
• Conduct ongoing financial analysis, performance monitoring, and valuation of portfolio assets.
• Identify and execute value-add opportunities, including redevelopment, repositioning, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage relationships with third-party property managers, brokers, and other service providers.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and ensure optimal occupancy rates across the portfolio.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees regarding portfolio performance and strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in real estate portfolio management , asset management, or investment.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and market dynamics across various property types.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful real estate investment strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a remote context.
• Proficiency in real estate investment software and advanced Excel skills.
• RICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
