About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize a diverse portfolio of assets in the Sheffield region and beyond. This critical role involves strategic asset management, financial performance analysis, and proactive risk mitigation to maximize returns for investors. You will collaborate closely with property managers, leasing agents, and finance teams to ensure portfolio objectives are met. The role requires a blend of strategic oversight and operational understanding, utilizing a hybrid work model that allows for both focused remote work and essential in-person meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for the entire real estate portfolio to enhance value and profitability.
• Conduct regular financial analysis of portfolio performance, including P&L, cash flow, and market comparables.
• Oversee property managers and leasing teams to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Identify and execute value-add strategies, such as renovations, repositioning, or refinancing opportunities.
• Manage relationships with investors, providing regular performance reports and strategic updates.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the portfolio.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with property ownership and operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate asset management , portfolio management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment principles, and market analysis.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful asset management strategies.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote responsibilities with the need for site visits and team collaboration in Sheffield .
