Real Estate Solicitor

We are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 years' PQE) to join a leading global law firm's Real Estate team in Manchester. The Team: This highly-regarded team acts for some of the largest property owners, investors and developers in the UK, advising national and international clients on portfolio acquisitions and disposals and on complex commercial real estate transactions. The Role: You will work on multi-million-pound transactions across a broad mix of work, including retail and mixed-use schemes, office developments, property finance and landlord and tenant matters. You will have direct client contact from an early stage, with the support of a market-leading national Real Estate practice and clear scope to develop your own client following. Key Qualifications required: 1-3 years' PQE, with relevant experience gained in the Real Estate department of a large or medium-sized firm A strong academic record Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills A flexible approach to meeting client demands A genuine commitment to business development The firm offers hybrid working, an annual salary review, a generous bonus scheme and clear routes to progression within an outstanding Real Estate practice.
