About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Reading . This hybrid role provides the flexibility to balance office-based work with remote working, supporting a broad range of commercial property transactions. You will be responsible for advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Conduct detailed property due diligence and advise clients on legal risks.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, agreements for lease, and development agreements.
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and planning law.
• Liaise effectively with clients, agents, surveyors, and other legal professionals.
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of all property transactions.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Proven experience in handling a wide range of real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of property law, landlord and tenant legislation, and development.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities efficiently.
• Membership of the Law Society of England and Wales.
