Our client, a reputable law firm in Leeds , is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their thriving property department. You will handle a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters for a varied client base. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Advise clients on planning law, property development, and finance matters.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on property portfolios and individual assets.
• Negotiate terms and draft legal documentation for a wide range of property deals.
• Liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, lenders, and other professionals involved in transactions.
• Assist in managing the firm's property litigation cases and dispute resolution strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property law .
• Demonstrated expertise in handling property acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases.
• Strong understanding of property development and related legal issues.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Land Registry procedures and property finance.
