About the Role
Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support their team in Oxford . This hybrid role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will be responsible for managing all necessary paperwork, coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties, and ensuring deadlines are met. The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the real estate transaction process, capable of working effectively both remotely and in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract execution to closing.
- Prepare, send, and track all necessary transaction documents, disclosures, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for inspections, appraisals, and closing dates.
- Serve as a liaison between agents, clients, lenders, and title companies.
- Maintain organised digital and physical transaction files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar administrative role in real estate.
- Proficiency with real estate transaction management software and standard office applications.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Oxford area property market is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
