About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of property transactions for their remote team. This crucial role ensures that all deals progress smoothly from contract to closing, coordinating between agents, buyers, sellers, and third-party service providers. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all necessary procedures, working independently from your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing.
- Coordinate communication and documentation between all parties involved in a transaction, including agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately completed, signed, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Track deadlines and milestones for each transaction, proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all transaction-related documents.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and terminology.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate transaction management software.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment .
