About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support their busy team in Bristol . This hybrid role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will manage all administrative aspects, coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved, and ensure all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, effectively leveraging remote tools for communication and document management while attending essential on-site meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, and other relevant parties.
- Prepare and distribute transaction-related documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Track important dates and deadlines, such as contingency removals and closing dates.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all transaction files.
- Communicate proactively with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate transaction management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of the real estate closing process and associated documentation.
