Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Reception Administrator to join a busy and professional organisation in Worthing on a short-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong front-of-house skills who can provide support from day one.

🚨 A valid Enhanced DBS certificate issued in last 12 months, or registration on the DBS Update Service, is essential for this role. We often have multiple assignments long term and short term for DBS checked candidates!

The Role

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers Managing a busy reception area and ensuring a professional welcome Answering and directing incoming telephone calls Handling email enquiries and correspondence Maintaining accurate records and confidential information Supporting the administration team with a variety of office duties Managing visitor sign-in procedures and compliance requirements

About You

✅ Previous reception and administrative experience essential ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ✅ Confident using Microsoft Office packages ✅ Professional, approachable and proactive attitude ✅ Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ✅ Available to start immediately ✅ Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or registered on the DBS Update Service
