Receptionist/Admin Officer, OASIS COMMUNITY LEARNING

Oasis Academy Parkwood is looking for a committed and organised Receptionist & Admin Officer to join our friendly team and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our academy. This is an important front‑of‑house position that combines high‑quality administrative support with responsibility for helping us improve and maintain excellent attendance across the school.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing reception, answering calls and supporting day‑to‑day admin
• Accurately recording attendance, lates and first‑day calls
• Working with staff to ensure registers are completed correctly
• Producing attendance reports, letters and legal documentation
• Liaising with families, external agencies and the Local Authority

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using IT systems including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work calmly, professionally and confidentially
• Someone who enjoys working with families, children and staff

Hours: Term‑time only, 32.5 hours per week

Salary: SCP 4-8 (£25,185-£26,824 FTE)
