Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Sunbury
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (28 hours per week)
Days: Monday – Thursday only
Hourly rate: £13 – 14P.H.
Our client is seeking a professional and organised Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team. This role involves managing the Reception and answering the telephones. providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily office functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in various office software especially Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer incoming phone calls, direct enquiries, with proper phone etiquette
* Manage correspondence via email
* Support other administrative duties as required to facilitate office operations
Requirements
* Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
* Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
* Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team
* Organised with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
* Ability to multi-task and be flexible in their outlook
* Ability to cover all areas of administration within the business including: stock control, accounts work, sales administration, answering incoming calls and general office duties
