FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Due to our clients continued growth they are looking for a part time experienced all-round receptionist and office administrator to work within their Admin team.
You are required to be a team player with a can-do attitude with Flexibility.
Desired Experience
- A high standard of Customer Service with a professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience in daily processing of Customers orders.
- Keyboard accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Working to tight deadlines.
- A good standard of IT skills are required, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Excel spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of Xero accounts software would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
- Welsh speaking would also be advantageous.
- Driving license and access to vehicle is required due to remote location.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors to reception following sign in procedure
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Daily order processing into cloud software
- Process retail EDI orders via Freeway Cloud
- Address and resolve customer queries on a daily basis.
- File all documents correctly and archive/shred when required.
- Process daily post letters & parcels
- Update and maintain user guides.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

Schedule
- 25 Hours per week, flexible. Mon-Fri between 8am and 4:30pm.
