Your new role
First point of contact for all visitors, greeting them in a professional manner.
Monitoring visitor access, signing in visitors, issuing guest passes.
Answering and transferring telephone calls.
Answering general queries.
Light administrative tasks such as filing, dealing with post and data entry
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working as a receptionist or in an administrative role
Excellent customer service skills
Able to deal with queries in a prompt and professional manner
What you'll get in return
£100.56 per day
1 month cover with the possibility of a further extension
Working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Starting Monday 10th August
Strood, Rochester
