Recovery Facilitator (SHARP Programme) – Part-Time

The Forward Trust is seeking a Recovery Facilitator in Wickford to deliver the SHARP programme. You will manage a caseload, run structured daily groups, and work with Recovery Workers to support adults on their recovery journey.

This part-time role requires empathetic, solution-oriented individuals capable of SMART planning and accurate record-keeping. Flexible hours, occasional evenings/weekends, and travel to local services are possible.
