Recovery-Focused Mental Health Worker

You will collaborate with GPs, Social Services and multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining records and contributing to audits while promoting a recovery-focused ethos.

The role requires evidence of working in mental health, risk assessment and safeguarding, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3+ in healthcare and at least two years of full-time experience.
