Recovery Support Worker — Night Shifts, Mental Health

Compassionate Care Group Ltd is seeking Recovery Support Workers to join our Mental Health Intermediate Care service, supporting adults in time-limited placements to de-escalate crises and restore independence in a calm, supportive environment.

You will work closely with the Home Based Treatment Team and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for individuals during their stay. The role is varied and hands-on, with a focus on promoting recovery and dignity.
