Recovery-to-Employment Peer Mentor

London Borough of Redbridge is seeking a Peer Mentor to join the Local London Peer Mentoring Programme funded by the DWP. The role helps residents recovering from drug and/or alcohol dependency progress towards employment, training and other positive outcomes.

You'll use your lived experience to build trusted relationships, provide one-to-one support, and connect people to treatment, housing, employment and community services, while contributing to programme outcomes and continuous improvement.
