Recovery Worker - Peer Support Lead (Trauma‑Informed)

The Forward Trust is recruiting a Recovery Worker - Peer Support Lead to join the Substance Misuse Service at HMP Wormwood Scrubs in London.

You will recruit, train and supervise Peer Supporters and Mentors to deliver recovery-focused support and encourage positive change among service users.

Working closely with prison teams and healthcare partners, you will help strengthen recovery pathways and empower individuals to take greater responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
